9th July 2012 Mon 1. Last date for filing nomination.
2. Tender process to be completed and work orders to be issued.
3. 2nd phase work of marked copy cell to start.
10th July 2012 Tue Scrutiny of Nomination papers.
11th July 2012 Wed Distribution of EVMs R.O. wise.
12th July 2012 Thu 1. Last date for wihtdrawal of candidature. After 3:00 p.m. allotment of symbols and preparation of Form 7.
2. Sending Form 7 to the press for printing of Ballot Papers for EVMs and EDCs.
13th July 2012 Fri Coordination meeting with line departments.
14th July 2012 Sat Coordination meeting with neighbouring Districts.
15th July 2012 Sun 1. First training of Polling Personnel.
2. Secong level checking of EVMs.
20th July 2012 Fri 1.DCRC and Counting personnel order to be taken out.
2. Second training of Polling Personnel (1st day).
3. First day for casting of ED votes.
21st July 2012 Sat 1. Second training of Polling Personnel (2nd day).
2. Second day for casting of ED votes.
22nd July 2012 Sun 1. Bagging to be completed.
2. Third day for casting of ED votes.
23rd July 2012 Mon 1.EVM commissioning.
2. List of Polling Agents and Counting Agents to be collected from parties.
25th July 2012 Wed 1.Spare day for training.
2.EVM awareness ends.
26th July 2012 Thu DCRC Training
29th July 2012 Sun Poll Day ( 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
30th July 2012 Mon Counting Training.
2nd August 2012 Wed Counting.
10th August 2012 Fri Election process to be completed.
