Nepali citizen arrested for spying at Mirik
PTIDarjeeling : A Nepali citizen has been arrested on the charge of spying at Mirik in West Bengal's Darjeeling district, the police said today. "Kishor Pradhan, a Nepali citizen, was detained from a place near Mirik on India-Nepal border on March 13 on the charge of spying. He was later arrested," Additional Superintendent of Police in Darjeeling, Kunal Agarwal, told a press meet. Two unlicensed wireless sets, computer parts, 3 laptops and documents with confidential data were seized from his possession, he said Pradhan was produced before CJM court in Darjeeling today which sent him to four days' jail custody, Agarwal said.
