Gangtok: Similar to Delhi gang-rape case, a gang-rape is reported from a Barlang village in East Sikkim. A 14 year old girl was allegedly raped by four men. The victim had gone to nearby forest with goats for grazing when the incident took place. One person Purna kami (19) has been arrested by police while three others are absconding. Police has registered a rape case under section 376 of IPC.
