Hong Kong born Chinese actor Jackie Chan who is in Cannes to promote his 100th film, Chinese 12 Zodiac denied reports that the movie will be his last action movie."I just want to let everyone know that I am not retiring from doing action movies. What I meant to say is that I need to do less of the life risking stunts on my movies. After all these years of doing so many stunts and breaking so many bones, I need to take better care of my body so I can keep working," the actor wrote on his Facebook page. "I will continue to do international action movies," he added.

The 58-year-old actor at a press conference in Cannes had said that he is too "old for stunts" and will continue appearing in films outside the action genre and wants to be the Asian Robert De Niro, not just an action star. Chinese 12 Zodiac, which is the third in Jackie Chan's Armour of God series, is likely to release in December this year. Jackie Chan, who was last seen as a martial arts teacher in Karate Kid, began his career as a stuntman in the Bruce Lee films, Fist of Fury and Enter the Dragon.

His first major break was the 1978 film Snake in the Eagle's Shadow. Jackie Chan introduced the comedic kung fu genre in movies with his blend of martial arts, improvisation and humour. He has successfully crossed over to Hollywood with movies like Shanghai Knights, Shanghai Noon and the Rush Hour series. He also voiced Master Monkey in Kung Fu Panda.

WASHINGTON — Actor Robert De Niro, 68, and his wife, Grace Hightower, have welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Helen Grace, media reports said Saturday.People magazine reported on its website that the girl was born through a surrogate mother and was in good health. The exact timing of the birth was not mentioned. Helen Grace is the second child for the couple who met in London in 1987 and married in 1997. Their son Elliot was born in 1998.

The Oscar winning actor also has four other children: daughter Drena, 40, and son Raphael, 35, with former wife Diahnne Abbott, as well as 16-year-old twin sons Julian and Aaron, also born through a surrogate mother, with ex-girlfriend Toukie Smith. Speaking about his approach to parenthood in 2009, the actor said: "One of the most important lessons I've learned in my years as a father is to keep the lines of communication open with my kids."I care deeply about all of them, and I have made a conscious effort to talk to and to listen to them... not to lecture them, but to tell them things I think are important for them to know."
